Our Sensei's show us how to harness the hard and the soft within each of us. We are taught to be soft when softness is called for. We are taught to be hard when hardness is required.
Our classes are for all ages and abilities. The class incorporates exercise, stretching, self-defense, weapons, fighting skills, breathing techniques and much more. Each session increases energy and builds self-confidence which makes for a great Karate class!
