• Our mixed martial arts classes for children are fun, exciting, educational and empowering. They are fast paced and easy to follow. The main focus is life skills, kick-boxing & tae kwon-do.
• We have 4 programs, for children, that we incorporate into the daily class plans: Character for Kids, 12 ways of respect, The bully buster system, & martial arts curriculum philosophy.
