Kim's Hapkido is the best Martial Art Studio around! Mr. Esparza is a Great intructor! He studied under Grand Master Chong S. Kim and his son Master Han Kim. The studio is open 6 days a week and they have a variety of classes throughout the day depending on the age and the belt rank! They also offer private classes as well!
Hapkido is considered to be one of the world's best systems of self-defense and has more variety of kicks and hand strikes than any other form of martial art. It also contains an extensive arsenal of pressure point attacks, joint manipulation (twisting), joint locks, throws, take-downs, sweeps and is renowned for its versatility in defense against all other styles. Hapkido is interesting, fun to learn and produces fast results.
Everyone, whether young or old, male or female, can practice this complete art of self-defense. The art of Hapkido focuses on the weaknesses of the human body so that great strength is not necessary for the techniques to be effective. Benefits include development of muscle tone, weight control, body awareness, posture, and greater strength and flexibility. Self-confidence, self-esteem, self-control, and a sense of well being.
