Relson Gracie Denver is a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu School teaching kids, women, men the art of self defense from a leverage stand point. We use the principles of physics to allow a smaller weaker person to subdue a larger opponent through position and submission holds. We believe in a family approach to making a stronger group to teaching children the life lesson that they must learn as well as providing a strong comradery between the adult community.
