The Metta Centre is a residential venue for the practice and study of meditation and martial arts, of rest and rejuvenation, of activity and learning. It is a centre founded on a solid, fundamental commitment to providing at low cost, access to a place where like-minded people can meet, commune, and immerse themselves in an atmosphere favourable to personal growth and conducive to the enhancement and enrichment of their chosen discipline.
