Additional Information: We specialize in teaching traditional Japanese martial arts in a kind and caring atmosphere. We have programs to suit almost any fitness need. Children's self-defence, Meditation and Tai Kyoku ken classes, Aerobics, and Regular or Advanced adult programs. Our goal is to teach traditional Japanese martial arts, without all the ego or intimidation that is often associated with instructors that believe they are always right about everything. When we talk about care and compassion, determination, and commitment, we mean it. We walk the talk.
