Whether you are looking for a complete self-defense system, specialized martial art or a martial sport, we bring it to you in an organized professional manner and a fun, family atmosphere. Our instructors and staff are very friendly and professional and strive to make your learning experience an enjoyable one.

Our Kid's Programs are especially designed to teach life skills using the martial arts. Our goal is to help them build strong character and strong bodies in order prepare them for life's challenges. To better organize the classes to meet the needs of the kids we also separate our classes into two age groups: 4 to 6 years old and 7 to 12.

AMAC also has specialized programs offering certification in Qi Gong, Holistic Nutrition, Energy stretching as well a programs designed specifically for security, law enforcement, S.W.A.T., and military personnel.

The Center organizes and hosts adult camps and trips, kids camps, workshops, private lessons and seminars at your location or at the center. We also arrange and teach classes for after school programs, gyms, etc.
