Combative Solutions is a reality based Martial Arts/Self Defense group dedicated to the teaching and training of real combat self defense.

Real life self defense encounters can be nasty, brutal, and terrifying. Combative Solutions offers varied courses that will teach you how to deal with the reality of an actual violent assault. Here you learn not only the physical side of fighting and self defense techniques; most importantly, you are instructed in the psychological aspects of self defense as well.

This is an aspect missing in most martial arts schools today. Mental/physical integrated training will develop you to the best of your ability to overcome a violent situation and protect yourself and those you love.
