undefeated pro kickboxer. Sensei Southard has been a bodyguard for stars such as Donny Osmond and has also been head bouncer at many night clubs and encountered many real life threatening situations. Through his experience he has created his own no-nonsense style that is proven to work in real life encounters, including gun and knife disarming. Southard Combat system is a proven, excellent self-defense technique developed by Tony Southard.
