Additional Information: Kung Fu program is headed by Master William Laurin, 4th degree. Training includes physical fitness, strength training, open-hand forms, weapon forms, and sparring. The system is primarily a southern system, with several northern and hung gar forms also available. Tai Chi program is headed by Instructor Harriet Laurin, 1st degree. Training includes chi-kung (qiqong), open-hand forms, weapon forms, and push-hands. The system is primarily Yang style, also several Chen style weapon forms are also taught. The school has been in continuous operation since February, 1995.
