Sensei George M. Rego has trained exclusively at the Kokondo Martial Arts Hombu (world headquarters) under the wing of the world's highest ranking Kokondo Karate and Jukido Jujitsu black belt, Shihan Paul Arel. Mr. Rego has trained at the national and international level and is the State Representative of Jukido Jujitsu for the IKA (International Kokondo Association) in Florida.

Sensei Rego's goals as an instructor are to impact the lives of his students in a positive way. He also hopes that his students will be an asset to the martial arts and society as a whole.

Keeping a more traditional aspect to the martial arts is important to him as well as emphasizing practical and effective self-defense rather than competition.
